Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Please contact me if you have any questions or problems with your order, I will see what I can do. Please include your name and order number thank you.

Processing times
Most orders only require 1-3 days to process and ship out.

Shipping

Can I change my shipping address?
As long as I am notified before it is shipped out, please contact me with your name and order number with your updated address. Once your order has been shipped I cannot change the address. I cannot do refunds or send out another order due to customer error. Thank you for understanding.

How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders will come untracked and sent by letter-mail, please note it will take some time to arrive from Canada. Below are rough estimates for shipping times:

To Canada: 4-6 business days
To United States: 5-14 business days
To Australia: 3-4 weeks
To Europe: 3-4 weeks

Shipping times may take longer due to covid and holidays. I appreciate your patience. Please contact me if you still have not received your order in 2 months.

Tracked items will arrive slightly sooner than shipping times stated above.

Please be advised that you may be responsible to pay for additional costs such as duties/taxes/VAT/customs fees.

Are the vinyl stickers waterproof?

No. They are water resistant! This means they can handle some water here and there but nothing that will be submerged or come in contact with water constantly. Best if used on indoor items like computers/laptops, notebooks, or other flat clean surfaces.

Does my order come with tracking?
No, not all orders do not come with tracking. I am able to offer cheap shipping because I ship orders out as letter mail. If you would like tracking please contact me before the purchase. Please note, shipping with tracking will range from $8-12 additionally.

Gift Orders
Let me know in the "Add a note to your order" in your shopping cart that your order is a gift. Gift orders do not have a receipt included. Gift messages are also accepted, please include the message in quotations. Please do not include anything frowned upon.

TikTok packing videos
Please know that if you have requested a recording of your order being packed, you agree it will be posted on TikTok publicly and may be reuploaded on other social media as well (Twitter/Instagram). Your first name will be announced but I will not mention any other details like your last name. Your address will not be shown or it will be blurred out.
